I’m getting this nice error when trying to mount a smbfs drive in gentoo. Stale NSF File Handle. Google tells me that lots of other people have this problem as well, it also tells me that nobody has found an answer on the various message boards I checked. smbclient works, but it defeats the purpose of trying to mount it.

Also, I have yet to find a good windows RSS client. RSSReader and SharpReader both have taught me one thing. The .NET architecture SUCKS! I mean, I’ve never had an application crash so much on me. I need to find one that’s not .NET based. My search is failing too. Maybe I’ll only check RSS feeds on linux…

Animewise, I finished Angelic Layer and started watching Witch Hunter Robin. Angelic Layer is an awesome series with good characters, nice emotion, and an interesting plot. I did find myself screaming, “WTF! ARE YOU INSANE” a few times to the screen, but otherwise, it left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. Witch Hunter Robin is dark and Miyu-ish. I like this one for the same reasons I like Miyu. I’m only half way through, but I’ll let you know how I like the ending.

Anyways, I better get some sleep. Need to clean out all the computers tonight. What an awful job. Take care.
