The Animazement was fun. Of the more interesting things that happened, we were able to meet Yuu Watase (creator/artist of Fushigi Yuugi and Ayashi no Ceres) and Chika Sakamoto (voice of Nuriko in Fushigi Yuugi.) The best part was having Yuu Watase stop my wife after the autograph and ask for her picture. (She was dressed up in a really well done Miaka Costume from Fushigi Yuugi) Tina was almost hopping the entire day just because of that. On top of that, we got the usual con tee-shirts, some random Japanese snacks, a few more art books, and the Kimagure Orange Road box set. It was definatly a memorable experience. I’ll see if I can get pictures put up before I leave. We’ll see.
